How does the monthly credit work?
Each month, your membership credit is loaded onto your FLEUR Concierge Card. Your available balance can be used toward eligible floral purchases whenever you’d like. If your purchase exceeds your available credit, simply pay the difference using another payment method.

What is my FLEUR Concierge Card?
Your Concierge Card holds your available membership credit and is reloaded each month when your subscription renews. Present your card when shopping with us, or let us know you’re a Concierge member when ordering remotely, and we’ll apply your available balance toward your purchase.

What can I use my credit for?
While we’ll keep track of your special dates, your credit is completely flexible. Use it for:

• Walk-in bouquets

• Flowers for your home or office

• Client or team gifting

• Event florals for small gatherings

• Seasonal arrangements

• “Just because” gestures

Can I spend more than my available Concierge credit?
Absolutely. Your available Concierge credit will be applied first, and you can simply pay the remaining balance using another payment method.

What is a Flower Profile?
Your Flower Profile helps us remember the little details that make flowers personal — favorite flowers and colors, dislikes, allergies, style preferences, and more.

You can create a Flower Profile for yourself or for anyone you regularly send flowers to. We’ll keep those preferences on file so future orders can feel thoughtful without having to start from scratch each time.

Can I choose what goes into each bouquet?
Yes! A member of our FLEUR Concierge team will reach out ahead of the important dates you’ve shared with us to help plan your flowers — from style and color palette to card message. Or, if you prefer, leave it to us and we’ll design something in our signature FLEUR style using the season’s best available flowers.

What if I want flowers outside of my saved dates?
Of course! Your Concierge credit is yours to use throughout the month. Simply contact us or visit a FLEUR location whenever you’d like to use your available balance.

Do my credits expire?
Yes. Unused credits automatically roll over for up to 3 months. After that, they expire.

What if I forget to use my credit?
We’ll help you keep track of your membership and reach out ahead of the important dates you’ve shared with us. If you don’t use your credit that month, it will automatically roll over for up to 3 months.

Can I cancel or skip a month?
You may cancel anytime with at least 14 days’ notice before your next billing cycle. While we don’t offer a pause option, unused credits roll over for up to 3 months, giving you flexibility in when you use them.

Can I transfer or gift my credit?
Concierge credits are non-transferable and cannot be used to purchase gift cards. However, you can absolutely use your credit to send flowers to someone else. You can even create a Flower Profile for them so we can remember their preferences for future occasions.

Where do you deliver?
FLEUR Concierge delivery is available within a 10-mile radius of our store. If your recipient’s address falls outside of our delivery area, your flowers will be available for pickup at one of our FLEUR locations.

Delivery is available Monday–Friday only and is subject to our standard delivery fees.

Where can I use my Concierge credit?
Your Concierge credit is valid at all FLEUR locations, including Bellevue and Kirkland, for eligible purchases. Present your FLEUR Concierge Card in-store or let our team know you’re a Concierge member when placing an order with us.

• Credits roll over for up to 3 months, after which they expire.

• Credit cannot be transferred, gifted, or exchanged for cash.

• Credit cannot be used toward gift cards.

• Credit does not apply to workshop tickets or private 1:1 services.

• Membership cannot be canceled mid-month; cancellations must be made at least 14 days before the next billing cycle.

• Complimentary delivery benefits vary by membership tier and apply to standard deliveries within FLEUR's local 10-mile delivery area.

• Missed reminders or unused credits do not qualify for refunds.

• Credit may not be combined with promotional discounts, unless otherwise stated.

• Fleur Studio reserves the right to adjust offerings or perks based on seasonal availability.
