This collection is in partnership with the Lotte Hotel Seattle, WA and prices are discounted for those who stay at the hotel. Shown are examples of previous work, please keep in mind that each FLEUR bouquet or arrangement’s color and style will change according to the season and availability. Additionally, items pictured will differ from your order as we strive to make each composition unique to the client. If you have something specific in mind, please contact us directly by phone or email. You can also check out Our Gallery to see our previous work, but we do not replicate designs.
packaging
All wrapped bouquets come with a FLEUR bag, water container and handwritten note. This bouquet comes wrapped in paper. We handwrite your note on our signature stationary, securely tucked into the side. You may also refer to our Gallery Page to select a color palette or style.
sizing
A classic size starts with about 12-20 stems plus fillers & greens. Signature is 24-30, Grand is 30-36 stems, Luxe is 36-42 stems, and Extraordinary is 48+ stems. Wrapped bouquets max size is a Grand, we do not make bouquets larger than that. delivery zones & fees
We currently offer contactless delivery in the Greater Seattle Area for $10-50 per order depending on the zip code. Please note that delivery orders need to be placed 3 business days in advance. Delivery times and ranges are not promised but we try our best to deliver within the time you select at check out. We only offer delivery Mondays - Fridays, 9 am - 11am. We do not deliver on the weekends.
substitutions
On occasion, flower varietal and/or vase may vary due to weather, seasonality, and market conditions that can affect availability. If this is the case with the arrangement you have selected, we will ensure that the style, theme, and color scheme are preserved and will only substitute with items of equal or higher value.
If any elements of design are of major importance to your order, please include them in the Order Notes section at checkout, or please call or email us directly.
Cancellation Policy
All flower orders are final sale. Due to the perishable nature of our products and the care that goes into creating each arrangement, we are unable to offer cancellations, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been placed. Thank you for your understading.
