Event Rentals are $150/hr, 10% off starting at 6 hours, 15% off starting at 8 hours, 20% off at 10 hours, 25% off 12 hours, 30%off a full day rental. This type of rental is for event reservations (baby showers, bridal showers, birthdays, dinners, ceremonies, etc.). Food & drinks are allowed and the guest count can go up to 50.

  • Yes! You’re welcome to stop by during our public hours listed on Google Maps: Tuesday–Friday, 9:00 AM–3:00 PM. No appointment needed during those times. Google Maps

  • Yes! The space functions like an Airbnb. You’ll receive a lockbox code for the key, access the space, host your event, clean up, and then lock up and check out.

  • The space will be set up exactly as shown in the photos provided above.

    We remove:

    • All merchandise

    • Florals

    • Coffee cart

    • Black pedestals

    What stays:

    • Lounge seating area

    • 1 Communal table & 6 chairs

    • 6 gray pedestals

    • 1 large fridge (moved to the corner and covered)

    • Ice machine

    • Kitchen sink

    • Restroom

  • Once booked, you’ll receive a confirmation email with instructions.
    24–72 hours before your event, you’ll receive a text with your lockbox code. The lockbox location is included in the guidelines link.

  • The Coffee Add-On includes:

    • A professional barista

    • Our full menu excluding pour-overs (pour-overs take 5–7 minutes per cup)

  • Yes—but set-up time must be included in your booking window.

  • We provide 20 black iron chairs as an add-on.
    All additional furniture or rentals must be sourced externally. Our preferred vendor list is provided above.

  • No. All set-up and decorating is the responsibility of the renter.

  • Yes! Please be mindful of cars driving by, especially if children are present.

    Wi-Fi details and speaker connection instructions are included in your confirmation email guidelines.

  • Yes. After booking, you’ll receive a guidelines link with:

    • Cleaning checklist

    • Locations of cleaning supplies and trash bags

  • Yes! We’re happy to explore options that work within your budget.

  • You can select it at checkout, and we’ll send you their booking link.

  • You’ll receive a text 24–72 hours before your event with:

    • Your lockbox code

    • A contact number you can reach during your rental

  • Yes. Since this is a private event, alcohol is allowed.
    You may review banquet permit requirements and decide if one is needed—we do not require it, but it is your responsibility to determine compliance.

  • After booking, you’ll receive a cleaning checklist. We ask that you:

    • Remove all personal items

    • Take out trash

    • Sweep and wipe down surfaces

    • Leave the space as you found it

    If the space is left unclean, a $250 cleaning fee may be charged to the card on file.

  • Please email rentals@fleurstudio.co to request permission.
    If approved, the renter is fully responsible for any damage.

  • Yes—there is one restroom.

  • Once booked, you’ll receive a guidelines link with:

    • Off-site parking options

    • Parking instructions'

    Best day to book for MAX parking is Sunday, as most businesses in the plaza are closed.
