Our Flower Bar Appointments offer an exclusive, hands-on floral experience at our Kirkland location! Perfect for a day date, a unique surprise for someone special, or simply creating a stunning arrangement for your home using premium, unique blooms.
Here’s what you can expect:
Bring your own vase, or we can provide one for you.
You get to choose floral selection(s) and color scheme(s) and we place the floral order for you and set it up (seasonal availability applies)
Once you arrive, we’ll prep the vase with all necessary materials and provide floral supplies on-site.
Enjoy a coffee while arranging your masterpiece at your own pace—there’s no time restriction as long as you’re visiting during our public hours!
Note: This is a self-guided floral experience rather than a formal class. Our team will walk you through the process, provide tools and materials, and offer tips or help as needed — but the design and creativity are all yours!

It’s a personalized floral experience where you design and assemble your own vase arrangement. You’ll choose your colors and flower preferences, and we’ll ensure you have the perfect blooms ready to create your masterpiece.Why do I need to book in advance? Can’t I just walk in?
Our flower bar inventory is typically limited and often sells out. By booking ahead, you’re guaranteed a curated selection of flowers tailored to your preferences. But if you’re okay with seasonal options, you can walk-in and make something!Is this a class, or how much teaching will I get?
The Flower Bar Appointment is a self-guided floral experience, not a class. Our team will greet you, explain how it all works, and be available to answer questions or demonstrate small techniques along the way — but the creative process is completely in your hands. The goal is to give you freedom to design something uniquely yours while still having light guidance available if you need it.
What if I go over the hour slot?
The hour is just to book, the time slot is unlimited, as long as you’re done by 2:30pm as we close at 3pm. So feel free to stay as long as you want!
What is the benefit of this service?
The biggest benefit is flexibility! Instead of buying large bundles of 10–25 stems that flower farms typically require for orders, you only pay for the stems you use in your arrangement. We cover the rest of the cost with the farms, so you don’t have to worry about excess flowers going to waste. This gives you access to a wider variety of premium florals without the upfront commitment of purchasing in bulk.
Can I do this at your Bellevue location?
Currently, this service is exclusively available at our Kirkland location. However, our Nordstrom store has a similar appointment, but a less curated selection.Can I bring a friend?
Yes! One deposit can cover up to 4 people ($25/person). Flower Bar Appointments can be a wonderful shared activity. The form at booking will ask if you’re bringing a friend.Are all materials provided?
Yes! We’ll prep your vase and provide any tools or materials you may need. You just bring your creativity (and a vase if you’d like to use your own).How does pricing work?
The $100 deposit covers you and up to 3 friends (total of 4 people). This deposit ensures your appointment and covers the base cost of your flower bar experience. Once you’ve created your arrangement, we’ll count the stems you’ve used and calculate the total cost. Stem prices vary depending on the type of flowers you select—more premium blooms like garden roses or orchids may have a higher price per stem.What if my arrangement costs less than $100?
If your total is less than $100, the remaining balance from your deposit is non-refundable and will not roll over. This is because the deposit secures your custom flower order and prep time.Can I add as many flowers as I want?
Yes! You’re free to create an arrangement as large or small as you like. Any flowers or vases beyond the $100 deposit amount will be charged separately, and you’ll pay the difference after your session.Will you let me know how much the flowers cost before I start?
Yes, we can provide a price list for each stem type, so you’ll know what each flower costs as you create your arrangement. -
