  (For example, if you're on the $75 plan and select a $100 bouquet, you'd simply pay the $25 difference)

• Seasonal gifting like Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, or end-of-year holidays

We’ll still track your important dates, but your subscription goes beyond that. Fleur Concierge is about beauty, ease, and intentional living — on your terms.

How does the monthly credit work?

Think of your subscription as a monthly Fleur gift card. Your credit can be used toward flowers, walk-ins, events, or gifting. If your purchase exceeds your monthly credit, you simply pay the difference.

What can I use my credit for?

While we’ll track your special dates, your credit is fully flexible. Use it for:

• Walk-in bouquets

• Flowers for your home or office

• Client or team gifting

• Event florals for small gatherings

• Seasonal arrangements

• “Just because” gestures

Do my credits expire?

Yes — credits roll over for up to 3 months. After that, they expire.

Can I cancel or skip a month?

You may cancel anytime with at least 14 days’ notice before your next billing cycle. While we don’t offer a “pause” option, your credits carry over for up to 3 months, giving you flexibility.

Can I transfer or gift my credit?

Credits are non-transferable and cannot be used to purchase gift cards. However, you can use your credit to send a gift to someone else — just let us know, and we’ll set it up for you.

Can I choose what goes into each bouquet?

Yes! A member of our Fleur Concierge team will reach out to you during the month of each important date you’ve shared. They'll help you plan the perfect bouquet — from style and color palette to card message. Or, if you prefer, leave it to us and we’ll design something in signature Fleur style.

What if I forget to use my credit?

We’ll send a monthly reminder. If you don’t use your credit, it rolls over (up to 3 months). You won’t lose it — and we’re here to help you remember.

Where can I use my Concierge credit?

Your credit is valid at all Fleur Studio locations, including Bellevue and Kirkland, for eligible purchases. Just mention you're a Concierge member at checkout

• Credits roll over for up to 3 months, after which they expire.

• Credit cannot be transferred, gifted, or exchanged for cash.

• Credit cannot be used toward gift cards.

• Credit does not apply to workshop tickets or private 1:1 services.

• Membership cannot be canceled mid-month; cancellations must be made at least 14 days before the next billing cycle.

• Delivery perks apply to standard local deliveries only and must be used within the billing period.

• Missed reminders or unused credits do not qualify for refunds.

• Credit may not be combined with promotional discounts, unless otherwise stated.

• Fleur Studio reserves the right to adjust offerings or perks based on seasonal availability.
