POSY Steps

1. Choose Your Drink

Select a drink from our café menu to pair with your flowers.

2. Choose Your Color Story & Signature Stem

Select the color palette you’re drawn to and choose one signature stem to anchor your arrangement.

3. Place Your Order

Bring your completed menu to the counter and our team will prepare your tray.

4. Arrange & Enjoy

Take a seat while we bring your drink and floral tray to your table. Use our tools to design your arrangement, then place everything in the carrier to take home.

POSY FAQs

  • No reservation is needed. POSY is available for walk-in guests during café hours.

  • The experience includes one drink from our café menu plus the stems you choose from our flower bar. Stems are priced individually.

  • Most guests spend about 20–30 minutes enjoying their drink and arranging their flowers.

  • Yes. Your drink and floral arrangement are served on a tray with a carrier. When you’re ready to leave, you can place your drink and flowers into the carrier to take them home.

  • Our flower bar changes weekly depending on seasonal availability. The stems available that day will be displayed in the POSY menu. We recommend picking3-5 stems

  • Yes! POSY is a great experience to enjoy with friends, family, or on your own.

  • POSY is designed for a small floral experience. If you’d like to create a larger arrangement, we recommend booking a Flower Bar Appointment where you can design a custom arrangement with a wider selection of blooms.
