Packaging

All bouquets come in our FLEUR signature packaging (Bag and Handwritten Note). All arrangements come in a transport-ready box and handwritten note.

Sizing

A classic size starts with about 12-20 stems plus fillers & greens. Signature is 24-30, Grand is 30-36, Luxe is 36-40, Extraordinary is 48+.

We are not offering delivery for Mother’s Day Week

Substitutions

On occasion, flower varietal and/or vase may vary due to weather, seasonality, and market conditions that can affect availability. If this is the case with the arrangement you have selected, we will ensure that the style, theme, and color scheme are preserved and will only substitute with items of equal or higher value.

Cancellation Policy
All flower orders are final sale. Due to the perishable nature of our products and the care that goes into creating each arrangement, we are unable to offer cancellations, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been placed. Thank you for your understanding!
