about subscriptions
Fleur now offers year-round weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly subscription delivery services throughout the Greater Seattle Area. Bi-Weekly Subscribers will receive their arrangements every other week and Monthly Subscribers receive their arrangements monthly. You can choose the date of first delivery in the checkout form and it will be that same date going forward.
Please note the first delivery will take up to two weeks to fulfill. If this is a gift and requires notification to the recipient on a particular date, you will have the opportunity to select this option when placing an order online. Alternatively, you can always call or email us at the studio to make arrangements.
We work with the rhythm of nature, so the flowers we select for you will vary from week to week. Some arrangements may feature a single variety, while others will feature an assortment of different florals.
Subscription fees will be billed on a rolling weekly, bi-weekly or monthly basis. To prepay the full amount for your subscription, please contact us at the studio by phone or email. Our plans are flexible; you may modify, freeze, gift, or cancel at any time by contacting us as well.
A handwritten note on our signature stationery can also be provided. If you have any specific requirements for packaging or materials used, please contact us directly to arrange them.
sizing
Currently, we only offer two sizes for our subscriptions. A Classic (12-18 stems) and a Signature (24-30 stems).
packaging
Arrangements can be delivered in a water-filled ceramic vase or wrapped in paper (depending on your choice). Since this is a subscription, vases are given in a “rental” type of way. The first order will include the vase cost and the rest will be discounted if the vase is returned at the next pickup and the stem count will increase to cover the vase costs going forward.
If this is a gift and you would like for us to send an email to the recipient to notify them about the subscription, please let us know in the notes section at check-out and we will arrange it accordingly.
delivery zones & fees
We currently offer subscription delivery to the Greater Seattle Area for $10-20 per delivery. depending on the zip code.
